Quick Requests & Chat
The CBS Team is online Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, via live chat located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. You can also submit new task requests through this channel.
Work order Requests
The Requests Portal is located within the Client Portal. You are not required to log in to submit a request, but you will need to log in if you wish to manage your submissions in the portal.
The Community forum
Custom Brand Service has always been about bringing together like-minded creative entrepreneurs in a way that helps push all of us forward towards a more advanced future. The Community Form will be our hub for communicating new product releases and essential information.
ONLINE BOOKING
As we continue to grow as a company, finding convenient meeting times that work for all parties is proving increasingly challenging. We've solved this with our online booking system, where you can choose a time that works best for you.
Managing Open Tasks
You can view the status of open projects at any time by logging into the Client Portal and then navigating to "Requests" here you will find a list of all requests, past and present, their status, and the ability to communicate with the team about updates.
Request Details
You can view the details associated with a specific task by clicking it and opening the task window. You will then see a panel on the right-hand side (highlighted in red) that lists the assigned Agent, the status, and the current due date.
Responding to Requests
As we progress through an open task, we may make comments that require a response from you as the client, to respond simply scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the "reply" option. Note: You cannot reply to closed tickets.
